What do you think?
I'm 5'9, 158 lbs.
My goal is to add size, bulk, mass and ultimately weighing 200 lbs.
I'd be happy to receive suggestions from you guys on how to improve my diet should it need any. You are more than welcome to respond.

I thought (and obviously I was mistaking) that this is a warm forum and a helping one. I'm so dissapointed in you guys. You've seriously let me down. I used to think of you with the utmost respect and now all that is left is by my part is an unequivocal disbelief !

you have way more protein then carbs, you should add more carbs to
your meals and lower your protein intake

add quality fats to your meals (non saturated) such ass canola oil and olive oil

you need to calculate how much calories you need per day in order to gain mass and how much calories are in the menu
