hey i thought it will be nice to to a blog
(and i can't fall asleep)
started ss 6 weeks a go
i'm doing
A
squat
bench
deadlift
wighted crunches
B
squat
pull ups
press
20 years old
170-172
93 BW
16-18 BF
i used to worked with a 22 KG wide pole for the deadlift to work on the grip
i decided from 2day to resert to 110 and start to work with a normal
pole, and in every train i'll add 10 KG
till i'll get to 180 and then start to add 2.5 each time
every time i get round 10 KG in the squat
(150-160-170-180...)
i'll do one "recovery" training for the squat
of deeps 3*5 with 80% of the weight
i think it will keep my technice good
and next time i'll add as normal ..
i'll put some movies when i'll get to some normal weights
and not skinny girls weights...
the goals for the next 10-12 weeks
press 75-80
squat 190-200
bench 120-125
dead lift 200-225
pull ups BW + 25-30 KG
todays train:
147.5 squat
92.5 bench
110 deadlift
