This documentary is very much in the style of Pumping Iron, but like Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Total Rebuild
it is centered around its “Star”, Lou Ferrigno. It charts his early years as a kid from Brooklyn, New York
who had to deal with having 85% hearing loss due to ear infections in his infancy. He fought against low
self esteem by working out with weights in his father’s garage, and boy did he win that battle with
Mr. Universe (twice), and Mr. World among his physique title wins. Internationally known as a world class
bodybuilder and star of The Incredible Hulk, we see him once again step up to the challenge of trying to win
the Master’s Olympia title in his ’40’s!

אז הייתי ממליץ לך על דוריאן או מרקוס (למרות שאני לא בטוח אם הסרט שיש לי של מרקוס זה Xxxxxxxl או משהו אחר, אבל הוא ממש נותן חשק לעקם מוטות)

מגהאפלואוד קצת בעייתים אחי,למה ברגע שיש עומס אז אי אפשר להוריד,צריך לחכות שזה ישתחרר קצת..ברגע שיהיה אפשר להוריד אז אתה תיראה ריבוע כזה שצריך לכתוב בתוכו אותיות,ואחרי שאתה כותב תאותיות אז מחכים 45 שניות ואפשר להוריד.

זה עומס,כל רוחב הפס תפוס על ידי אלה שיש להם פרימיום,ולכן הם מקבלים עדיפות,ב6 שעות הקרובות לא יהיה אפשר להוריד,תנסו אחרי זה..

בכל מקרה, מצטער לשמוע את זה, הנה עוד שיטה נחמדה;

לבעלי הדפדפן אקספלורר 6:

Run Registry Editor by clicking on Start, then click on Run, type in RegEdit and click OK.
In Registry Editor window, navigate to the following branch: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\Internet Settings\5.0\User Agent\Post Platform
Right click on Post Platform, then click on New, and then choose String Value.
Type in “Alexa Toolbar” in the text box.
Restart your PC, and you should have bypassed MegaUpload and SexUploader download limits.

Download and install the User Agent Switcher (https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/59/) extension for FireFox.
Restart the FireFox web browser after installation ended.
Go to Tools -> User Agent Switcher -> Options.
Then click on User Agents and then click on Add.
Key in the following information: Description: MegaUpload
User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; Alexa Toolbar)
Exit by clicking on OK twice.
Whenever you want to download from MegaUpload or SexUploader, go to Tools -> User Agent Switcher and select MegaUpload as FireFox’s temporary user agents.
After downloading the files, you may want to switch back to original user agents, by selecting Default.
