האם יש בעייה לקחת בייחד ויטמין C ולשתות קפה ?

כמה דקות לפני אימון, אני שותה קפה שחור חזק ואז לוקח ויטמין C שאני מתחיל אימון.

האם יש בכלל אפקטביות בספיגת הויטמין C עם הקפה, או שזה בסדר ?

אין קשר בין השניים.
