u always do this "jumps" in weights?
i meant from 150 to 190
cuz i did yesterday deadlift and it felt worng
i believe cuz i went from 170 to 200
if u can try to do jumps of 15 kg from 150 above
and tell me how it felt, i'll try on my self next week and i wonna think it
will be better, hopefully 220 1rep
the only thing we the power clean i belive is to master the Technic
try to start all over with only a barbbell and add 15 kg each time till u get to ur
weights mayb it will help..
