OK IM 33 YRS. OLD, IM 182cm.. tall 110kg.(about 10% body fat)
max squat: 225kg. for 6-reps
dumbell-presses(i dont do barbell bench press-had a torn pec surgery 2 years ago):63kg.(each arm) for 6-reps.
back-bent over barbell rows:180kg. 4-6 reps(narrow grip)
