This week marks 1 entire year of bodybuilding!! I am 6'ft even and 23years old. When I first started I weighed 250lbs with 25% BF and was very weak. Now I weigh 185lbs with I think around 15% BFand noticeable muscle gained!!!

The hardest part was the Diet. I wanted to lose fat but also gain muscle so I had to eat the proper amount of food. It was a slower process this way as I wanted both so I couldn't eat too much or too little because one or the other would be affected. you get the idea. I wasn't too strict with my diet either, I was just smarter with what I put into my body. I cut out all coke and other soda, stopped eating fast food, and ate smaller meals every 2-3 hours. I did not eat until I was full anymore and I cut down on the carbs except mornings/before workout/after workout. Just watched the calories and limited the carbs when I didn't need them....and no junk!
