Press
40kg - 5/5/5
Clean
50kg - 3/3/3/3/3
Notes
Good workout.
Squat - Heavy, knees strated to come in sometimes...
Press - Very heavy, as you can see bad technique, some even push press.
Clean - Started to get the triple extension idea. Next time will be even better.
In other note, I felt heart in my shoulders during the workout, and when I done I saw this:
Something similar happened to me in my last gaining 3-4 years ago when i reach 70KG~
I had (and still) stretching marks - maybe it new beginning?
