well u didnt say anywhere not to give articles
but i cant give u any opinion based on the use of this supplement as i try not to buy the latest "fad" and wait for some scientific reviews, luckly for me when those came out i found out that while the idea of NO i a good one, the supplement itself doesnt do anything for ya. all the reviews stated that there is no effect on the actuall body (only the mind) its called the "placebo effect"!1
