need help - computer.. big bug or anyone..

i dont live in israel right now and i cannot write in hebrew AND THIS IS DRIVING ME CRAZY !!!!!!

I have used some program that has helped me to translate the language from english to hebrew but now its not working anymore.......

can any one explain me how or where i can download/install a program for writing in hebrew any where i want (like ICQ, forums and and and..) with out translating it in stupid programs although my keyboard is in english and thy are no hebrew letters on it..?

its not a big matter for me not to see hebrew letters on my keyboard cause i know why thy are and i will use blind writing.....

i have windows xp by the way.......
