excellent workout. squat - heavy, but felt stronggg. Also i didnt past parallel twice. In other note, f**king pr - 80kg here i come. bench with db - very heavy, not to worry about that since its not bench press plus now theres no were to go (30kg db is the maximum here) deadlift - better, i am improving, first set felt very good(and some what easy).
