mayb i didn't explain good,
the meaning was that if u can get close to the volume of 5-8 reps
working in 2-3 reps
u will most probably get bigger faster and get stronger faster
but the chance of hurting is a little big higher
thats y u should mix and work always heavy but not to
push it to much like 1-2 rm's every training especially most
trainers that don't really know their body
if u'll 3*10 with 50 kg i'll get to 1500 volume
if u will do it with
3*5 with 100 kg
you will get bigger and will storger faster so therefore
more weight works, more volume more hypertrophy
more big ass beefcake + strong
