אז יאלה דבר אלינו חבריי.....

יש תבלין שקוראים לו כורכום, הוא צהוב נחמד כזה והוא אנטי דלקתי בצורה פסיכית. הוא עוזר לכל מצבי הדלקת לא משנה מה הגורם שלהם בגלל שהוא מנטרל אנזימים כמו ציקלואוקסיגנאז- 2 ואלפא 5 רדוקאז שאחראים לאותם תהליכים דלקתיים (וסרטניים אבל זה לא שייך)

יש עוד משהו נחמד, כנסי לחנות טבע ותבקשו תה ניקוזית אם אני לא טועה של עשבי קדם, זה חליטה נחמדה שלא עולה הרבה. יש בה כל מיני דברים מוכחים מחקרית כמו סרפד, דנדליון, תה ירוק, מנטה וכו'. מי שרוצה להעסיק את עצמו במחקרים (לא רק על דלקתיות ואקנה, גם על איבוד שיער, בעיות ערמונית וכו') שייהנה:
