בלתי אפשרי ! אין, חלבון לא יכול להפוך לתוצרי הפירוק של שומנים.. אחי אני מדבר איתך על זה שטחנו עם המורה שלנו שעות בנושא הזה אצלנו במגמה בביולוגיה יש כמה מיני בודיבילדרים שקוראים מאמרים וטוחנים תתחת גם באימונים וגם באוכל והם חשבו ככה וזה לא פשוט לא.
והיא הוכיחה להם (המורה).

זה יכול לגרום לעודף משקל ולעלייה אבל זה בחיים לא יהפוך לשוממן!!!!!!!!
